Mission

The WebSightMaster, LLC, was established in 1998 to provide professional, ethical, and necessary business assistance, utilizing experienced personnel at the most cost-effective rates.

Our “from concept to success” and “every client is our only client” approaches to client service are unique to the small and mid-sized, entrepreneurial businesses, which are our target market.

We are able to assist startup clients, as well as troubled clients or those already successful but wanting to “take it to the next level”. From offices in Troy, Michigan and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, we service the entire country.

In 2006, we added four additional companies to the group: Business Success Group, LLC, Training Success Group, LLC, Restaurant Success Group, LLC & Elite B2B Networking, LLC.

We offer expert business solutions, utilizing proven products and services. We provide objective analyses in all situations because we receive no fees whatsoever from third party sources, which might taint our objectivity.

Our objective is to establish long-term relationships with clients rather than excessive short-term fees. We are a resource to which our clients may turn for assistance and if we cannot help directly, we pride ourselves on having a select and proven group of other resources we can recommend.

As well as being a purveyor of education to our clients, we continue to educate ourselves and keep abreast of those topics critical to our clientele. We believe in truly growing and developing our employees to their fullest potential, including exposing them to the various business environments, which facilitate such.

We believe in “giving back” because we have been blessed with business success since our inception and are grateful to the communities we serve. As well as volunteering for various community projects, we are especially fond of On My Own of Michigan, Special Olympics, the Humane Society, the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Detroit Institute of Arts.

Jerry L. Bocall, CCP, BBA

Founding Principal and Managing Member of The Business Advisory Group, LLC, Business Success Group, LLC, Training Success Group, LLC, Elite B2B Networking, LLC (EBN) and Restaurant Success Group, LLC

Education: Graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Management and MBA in Finance from the University of Florida and Wayne State University in Detroit; also a past Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Walsh College in Troy, Michigan.

Affiliations: Member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Michigan Restaurant Association (MRA), Midwest Hospitality Group, the Hospitality Committee of the Troy Chamber of Commerce, Automation Alley and an authorized, independent Distributor of Inscape Publishing®, Inc. and CRKInteractive.

Experience: Has provided business, HR, and training services to more than 120 different industries, including hospitality, financial services and Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), for more than 20 years; previously served in executive management positions in insurance, marketing services, contract staffing and accounting.

Vice President of Business Operations

Education: BS in Education from Wayne State University in Detroit; Masters in Administration and Leadership from Madonna University in Detroit.

Affiliations: National Education Association, Michigan Education Association and the Hospitality Committee and Ambassador of the Troy Chamber of Commerce.

Experience: Has many years in the area of education, business experience, inventory control, staffing, HR, and training; former Treasurer of a Michigan-based, multi-location retail furniture company.

Robert A. Jameson, Ph.D.
Sr. Business Development Expert

Education: BS in English and Mathematics and MS in Guidance and Counseling from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale; Ph.D. in Education and Psychology from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Affiliations: American Psychological Association and Michigan Association of Industrial/Organizational Psychologists.

Experience: Has extensive experience in organizational development and career consulting, as well as demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver top quality client services and instructional programs; extensive experience in individual assessment interpretation and application; well versed in organizational development (OD) issues and solutions; also a former public school teacher and principal.

Sr. Hospitality Account Executive

Experience: Former co-owner of Scallops Restaurant in Rochester, Michigan, an 8,000 sq. ft. restaurant with class C liquor license; also involved with a second Scallops Restaurant in St. Petersburg, Florida; responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, bookkeeping, purchasing, inventory control and all other facets of running a successful restaurant for 16 years.

Rachelle E. Jameson

Project Coordinator

Education: BBA in Business Management with Human Resources Concentration from Eastern Michigan University.

Affiliations: Coordinator of Elite B2B Networking (EBN), Member of Troy Chamber of Commerce.

Experience: Human resource development; providing support and assistance to companies through training and recruiting, specializing in both new and existing business development.

Jenny H. McKelly

Sr. Trainer with the Training Success Group

Education: BS in Education from Eastern Michigan University.

Affiliations: National Education Association.

Experience: Began career teaching, then migrated to business, including a stint with the JC Penney Company in human resources; 20 years experience in training, staffing, management and sales.
